• Stage 4: the cervical orifice expanded 5cm, the cervical canal completely disappeared, and the plane position relationship between the fetal head and the ischial spine was 0.

• Stage 5: the cervical orifice expanded by 7cm, the cervical canal completely disappeared, and the position relationship between the fetal head and the plane of the ischial spine was+2.
