Internship comes to an end, but growth never stops; youth chases dreams, and the future sets sail. Recently, the internship completion ceremony with the theme "Learning in Practice, Dreaming for the Future" was successfully held. The enterprise and the school joined hands to draw a warm conclusion to the precious growth journey of the interns and sounded the clarion call for their new voyage.

I. Full of Harvest, Heading for a New Journey

"I have gained abundant growth and experience during this internship!" The words of the intern representative were sincere and touching. From classroom theory to workplace practice, from unfamiliarity and confusion to proficiency, every task completed and every problem solved embodies the careful guidance of enterprise mentors and the unremitting efforts of the interns themselves.

Internship is not only the tempering of professional skills but also the accumulation of professional literacy. Everyone learned communication, collaboration and responsibility through practice, transformed knowledge into ability, and grew rapidly through experience, laying a solid foundation for their future career. This experience is the most precious growth mark in youth and will become solid confidence for everyone on the road of pursuing dreams.

II. School-Enterprise Cooperation, Building a Bridge

Special thanks to Teacher Han Hui, Director of the Business English Teaching and Research Office and Secretary of the Second Party Branch of the Teaching Staff! Since the interns joined the enterprise, Teacher Han has always cared about their growth and adaptation, actively communicated between the enterprise and the campus, and built a solid bridge for school-enterprise cooperation.

It is precisely because of Teacher Han's close collaboration and dedicated efforts that the students have obtained such a high-quality practical platform. They stepped out of campus into the workplace, tempered themselves and accumulated experience in real working scenarios. This meticulous care and strong support made the internship journey warmer and the growth path smoother.

At the same time, Mr. Zhu from Dake highly recognized and affirmed all the interns. Mr. Zhu said that the students performed exceptionally well and surprisingly during the internship: they never complained about hardships or tiredness at work, always maintained a serious, responsible and positive working attitude, were steadfast, diligent, proactive and with strong execution. They fully demonstrated the good spirit and professional literacy of young students in the new era, which is worthy of full praise.

III. Thoughtful Gifts, Great Expectations

A gift represents deep affection; a blessing conveys great expectation. At the ceremony, Mr. Wu carefully prepared gifts for each intern. The small tokens contain sincere wishes and earnest expectations for everyone.

This is not only a souvenir but also recognition and encouragement from the enterprise for the interns' growth. Mr. Wu hoped that the students would move forward steadfastly and bravely with this warmth and strength, and shine brightly in the future life journey. This blessing will also become motivation for everyone to chase dreams, inspiring them to live up to their youth and expectations.

The end of the internship is not a destination but a new starting point. Armed with knowledge from school and gains from internship, with the careful care of the school and earnest expectations of the enterprise, 26 students will embark on a new growth journey with fuller enthusiasm and firmer faith.
